Heaven in the Severn Valley

Located where impossible adventures meet the making of memories, Woodland Hall is a slice of heaven in the Severn Valley. It’s a place of swing seats, woodland walks, apple orchards; of open fires, long drinks and tall tales.

A land of wonder and grandeur

If location is everything, you can have it all at Woodland Hall. Like something out of Enid Blyton, this is a land of wonder and grandeur in the bosom of the Severn Hills, full of impossible adventures and memories waiting to be made. This is a special place, crafted over generations, now ready to welcome your friends and family.

It’s a world of shady spots beneath summertime trees, of swing seats, woodland trails and an apple orchard. It’s a place to get acquainted with croquet, and nature, too, with long walks in the greenest of valleys. If Mother Nature was bountiful on the outside, the interior designer didn’t skimp on the interior.

The kitchen comes with pyrolytic oven and Aga; the wood-panelled sitting room with log fire and flatscreen TV. Wifi floods the ground floor; the library groans under the weight of classics. Tinkle the grand piano in the drawing room or spark up the coal fire and treat yourself to a good read over a long drink.

Take breakfast in the sunroom; drinks in the drinks room. Uncork and unwind as the giant outdoor barbecue sizzles, while the kids grapple with giant Jenga or Noughts and Crosses. There’s a play room for fancy dress, a billiards room for a big boys’ escape. Woodland Hall is a slice of heaven in the Severn Valley.

Gardens and Grounds

Woodland Hall is set in thirteen acres of gardens and grounds, which are simply stunning. The tennis court is in the perfect spot, and there are a variety of lawns for croquet, a game of football, or kids running races across the estate.

There are lots of shady spots, a big swing seat, woodland walks, huge old trees, an apple orchard, and an undercover stable area. You will be able to relax or explore.

Beyond the gardens lie stunning hills waiting to be explored with numerous outdoor activities from hiking to golf and horse riding to mountain biking.
