Nothing says London like a grand Victorian villa, and The White Villa is as London as Christmas roast chestnuts on Oxford Street or a twilight bark from a Dalmatian. Lovingly renovated in time for the London Olympics, Streatham’s White Villa is a film star, too, with a showreel that includes location shoots for clients such as The White Company and Laura Ashley.
Just 30 minutes by train from London Bridge or a 20-minute cab ride to Knightsbridge, The White Villa sleeps sixteen. It’s city-cool for hens and parties, and friendly enough for family fun, too.
Entertainment? What can we say? Cultural and multicultural London, with its shows, galleries, sights and sounds, is just 20 minutes away. Closer to home, try the multi-screen cinema, Bedford Hill for pub and grub, and Bellevue Road for Michelin dining at Chez Bruce.
There are three huge reception rooms perfect for getting together on a weekend in London.
Each reception room is decorated in calming shades of grey and white with light stained wood floors, giving the house a rustic, and almost country feel. With large glass French doors dividing each room, you will find it easy to forget that you are in one of the world’s largest cities.
The comfy sofas and open fireplaces make the living room the perfect spot for curling up with a glass of wine and enjoying spending time with your friends and family.
The fully equipped country-style kitchen has wood floors and romantic furniture, the large kitchen doors lead out to the wide south-facing garden.
The large garden is complete with a comfortable sitting area for alfresco dining in the summer months.

There are six luxurious bedrooms at The White Villa sleeping up to sixteen guests, all decorated in slightly different themes.
The grand master bedroom and large bathroom are white and provide a neutral backdrop for the exotic and luxurious furnishings.
The three family sized bathrooms are all decorated in modest yet eclectic styles with a hint of French style furniture and imaginative Moroccan accessories including wonderful silvered basins and a unique panelled wall. One bathroom is completely panelled and features a magnificent boat-shaped bath. The lovely children’s bedroom as well has pretty floral wallpaper and toys to make children feel right at home.
There are a wide range of comfy and cosy beds, which are perfect to escape to after a day of sightseeing around London.
