Payment Process

• We take a one-third deposit at the time of booking
• The balance is due three months before the date booked

Cautionary Deposit

• £1,000 refundable deposit

House Restrictions

• Any activities etc. must be centred around The Shed
• Hen parties welcome
• No fireworks
• No dogs
• Noise policy in place
• Gardens and terraces to be treated as quiet areas after 10pm
• Swimming pool not to be used 10pm-7am
• Hot tub at Little Bickley not to be used 10pm-8am
• Hot tub at Little Bickley only to be used by guests of Little Bickley
• Please do not attach decorations to the walls/ door frames / windows.

Arrival and Departure

• Check in 4pm
• Check out 4pm on Sunday
• Check out 10 am on other days
