• We take a one third deposit at the time of booking
• The balance is due three months before the date booked

Cautionary Deposit

• £1000 refundable deposit

House Restrictions

• Noise policy in place
• Up to 4 dogs allowed with prior notice - £25 per dog
• No fireworks please
• Not suitable for hen parties
• Not suitable for stag parties
