The house has a friendly Drawing Room with open fire, an impressive Dining Room with ancient oak floor where everyone can dine together, a TV in the old stables, a cosy Snug, a Kitchen with Breakfast Area, Aga and range cooker.
Across the terraced courtyard from the Kitchen is the Bakehouse Playroom, perfect for the children with bags of toys, TV and games. Just around the corner is the Games Barn with table tennis, pool and table football. Outside, let off steam on the swings and slide.

Pedington Manor has nine bedrooms sleeping up to 20 guests, two ensuites, and three further bath/shower rooms. All the bedrooms can be arranged as single or double beds to suit your group. The two wonderful attic rooms at the top of the house are both ensuite, with fantastic exposed beams.
On the first floor there are five gorgeous bedrooms, four with kingsize/twin beds and one family room which can be set up as a kingsize plus two singles or as four single beds. The first floor bedrooms share two bathrooms.
On the ground floor there are two bedrooms, one kingsize/twin and one double/twin, both sharing a shower room. Please note that the first and second floor bedrooms are reached via winding, steep staircases.
There’s the swings, games and gardens to explore and the fun Bakehouse Den set in the old bakery with toys, play kitchen and DVD player -they’re very own space.
Our baby pack includes high chairs and cots. There are also beakers, bowls, plates and cutlery for your children.
Children will love the games barn with pool table and table football – they’re separate enough from the house to have fun and get away from the grown ups, yet close enough to stock up on drinks and nibbles.
With so many days out to enjoy from treetop and forest segway adventures at Go Ape to Berkeley Castle and animal spotting at Bristol Zoo the children will love Pedington as much as the grown ups.
