Kids in the Cotswolds
For a day of animal fun head to the Cotswold Wildlife Park. You’ll get a train ride through the grounds, an adventure playground and of course the lions, zebras, hippos, penguins, fruit bats, monkeys – and lots more.
For lovely woodland walks and magnificent Birds of Prey shows head down the road to Batsford Arboretum and Falconry Centre. Adam Henson’s Cotswold Farm Park is a another great day out, especially for younger children. You can feed the animals, ride a tractor and learn about rare breeds. Or play hide and seek in the gardens at Hidcote, a few minutes drive from Meadowbank House.

Car enthusiasts and older children can head to the Heritage Motor Centre and Museum. With a selection of outdoor activities including 4×4 driving, Go Karts and a Miniature Roadway.
