• Dogs welcome in Berry Pen and The Lodge cottages only - other cottages not suitable for pets. Dogs welcome at £50 per dog - pet policy in place
• Sorry, no fireworks
• Strict noise policy in place
• Please be advised that there is additional accommodation on the estate which may be occupied during your stay, along with any cottages not booked by your group, these have private access and parking. Gardens, swimming pool facility with steam room and lounge area are shared with all properties on the estate
