• We take a one-third deposit at the time of booking
• The balance is due three months before the date booked

• £1,500 refundable deposit

House Restrictions

• Two well-behaved dogs welcome at £50 per dog - pet policy in place
• Silent fireworks permitted
• Noise policy in place
• Not suitable for stag parties
• Hen parties welcome, by request
• Please note: Staff live on-site
• Weddings welcome, for up to 140
• Orangery marquee available to hire for weddings and events from March 2023. Accommodates up to 140 guests and includes dance floor, sound array speakers, & tables and chairs (additional charges apply)
