Payment Process

• We take a one third deposit at the time of booking
• The balance is due three months before the date booked

Cautionary Deposit

• £1,500 refundable deposit

House Restrictions

• Up to two well-behaved dogs welcome (£50 additional fee per dog). We ask that dogs are brought into the property via the side door. There is an area here specifically for dogs to be made to feel at home, where dog food, dog towels and leads can be stored, and there is a sink for fresh water for bowls. Guests are respectfully asked to rinse muddy dogs prior to bringing them into the house.

• Regrettably early check-in & late check-out times are not available at this property at any time
• Check in from 4pm
• Check-out time for a week-long stay is 10am on a Friday
• Check-out time for a 2-night weekend is 4pm on Sunday
• Check-out time for a 3-night weekend is 10am on Monday
• Check-out time for a mid-week stay is 10am on Friday
