An oasis of contemporary couture

Open the doors onto the deck and hear the gulls, smell the fish restaurants and watch the fishing smacks chug across the harbour. Inside, dine on the deck and watch the tube in the tub, in an oasis of contemporary couture.

Open the doors to St Mawes

Harbour House is where the doors open onto the deck and St Mawes walks in. The call of the gulls, the scent of the fish restaurants, the quiet bustle of the streets and the fishing smacks that chug across the bay.

This is Cornish life made real, yet layered with contemporary couture. The kitchen sparkles, the beds are Her Majesty’s choice of Hypnos, the bedding is Egyptian cotton and the duvets are goose down. You can dine on the balcony; watch telly in the tub.

At Harbour House, nothing is too much trouble. The concierge service stretches from the personal chef to the powerboat. We can arrange flowers, unpack online shopping as you travel down, fix up a massage or cook up a lobster supper.

When rain clouds cover the bay, there’s a Wii, WiFi, board games and a box for dressing-up. Just a stroll from the door lies the happy buzz of the harbour, the bucket-and-spade beach, the shops and the fish restaurants.

Living Spaces

Harbour House is upside down living at its finest. Make the most of the breath-taking views over the harbour and St Anthony’s Headland with the open plan living room upstairs. Relax on the decked balcony of an evening and enjoy a glass of wine as the ships come home.

The kids are all catered for. The younger ones will love the dressing up box and puzzles, and the teens will love the Wii Games Console and games, all available in the living room at Harbour House.

There is a shared bathroom, which has both a shower and bath. There is also a television for total relaxation when your taking a long hot bubble bath.

A mariner’s tale of iconic attractions

Cornwall is a mariner’s tale of iconic attractions. St Michael’s Mount looms large; Tintagel, where legends live on; the eighth wonder of the Eden Project. For the active, there’s scuba and water-ski; canoeing and coasteering.
